Meet the All-New 2027 Hyundai Tucson and Tucson Hybrid
Posted by Travis N. on Oct 2nd 2026
A new Tucson is on the horizon, and we're already thinking about how you'll make it your own. The 2027 Hyundai Tucson and Tucson Hybrid introduce a new generation of Hyundai's compact SUV. Here's an early look at what's coming—and how Hyundai Shop is getting ready to help you accessorize yours.

A Bigger, Bolder Tucson
Hyundai's “Art of Steel” design brings angular bodywork, pronounced fenders, and a wider stance. Hyundai USA lists the new Tucson at approximately 185 inches long and 75 inches wide, with a 109.6-inch wheelbase. That's about 2.3 inches longer and 1.6 inches wider than the current model. Rear doors open to 83 degrees to help make getting in and out easier. (Hyundai USA)
A Fresh Take on the Interior

Inside, Hyundai is introducing a redesigned cabin and a larger touchscreen with faster processing, sharper graphics, and an available AI-powered voice assistant. The new Pleos Connect infotainment system supports over-the-air updates, while physical controls for frequently used climate and audio functions remain part of the cabin design. Those everyday interactions matter. When you're comparing your next SUV, consider how easily you can adjust the temperature, reach the controls, and settle into your usual driving routine.
What's Coming for the Tucson Hybrid?
Hyundai's next-generation hybrid system puts efficiency at the center of the story. The company is targeting up to 42 mpg for the North American two-wheel-drive Hybrid equipped with 17-inch wheels. That is a manufacturer target, not a final EPA fuel-economy rating. Hyundai also describes HEV Stay Mode, which can power cabin functions such as climate control, audio, and device charging while the engine is off. (Hyundai Motor)
For shoppers considering the Hybrid, final specifications will be worth watching as launch approaches. Your commute, preferred equipment, and driving habits should all be part of the comparison.
Meet the Tucson Hybrid XRT PRO

Hyundai USA is also previewing the Tucson Hybrid XRT PRO, with black exterior accents, distinctive seat patterns, and dark-metal interior trim. Hyundai's global reveal adds all-wheel drive, all-terrain tires, front recovery hooks, and increased ground clearance to the XRT PRO story. (Hyundai USA) (Hyundai Motor)

Your First Stop for 2027 Tucson Accessories
At Hyundai Shop, we're getting ready for the next chapter, too. As release gets closer, we'll launch dedicated 2027 Hyundai Tucson and 2027 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid accessory pages, giving you a place to start planning the finishing touches for your new SUV.
Our goal is to make Hyundai Shop your go-to destination for accessories when the new Tucson arrives. Whether your priority is protecting the interior, organizing the cargo area, or adding a personal touch, we're looking forward to helping you make your Tucson feel like yours.
Planning ahead? Start with how you'll use your SUV. Rainy commutes, muddy shoes, grocery runs, pets, and weekend luggage can all shape your accessory wish list. As products become available and compatibility is confirmed, our upcoming pages will help you explore options for your specific model.
Because this is a new generation, don't assume accessories from an earlier Tucson will carry over—or that Tucson and Tucson Hybrid accessories will always be interchangeable. Check the listed model, model year, and fitment details before ordering.
Keep an eye on HyundaiShop.com. Our 2027 Tucson and Tucson Hybrid pages are coming as launch approaches, and we can't wait to help you get ready for your first drive.
